John Marsh and the Tecnam Sierra

John has just visited the Tecnam factory in Naples, Italy on his way to visit relatives in Lincolnshire, UK. He presently flies a Tecnam Sierra and has the Tecnam dealership for the Northern Territory and South Australia.

Early retirement after 9 years of teaching at Pt Augusta Secondary School as the Deputy Head has not led to a quiet life for John. He took over the dealership, became a Recreational Flight Instructor and teaches students and instructors from his Flying School - Pro Sky, Pt Augusta. The Tecnam Sierra has a 100hp Rotax engine and cruises at 110 knots.

Students travel from Pt Lincoln, Pt Augusta and Whyalla and surrounding regional areas for training. After a career in teaching, John relaxes by playing golf with friends, table tennis, walking the dog and sharing a good red wine.

Marilyn , his wife, supports his teaching and flying....lucky man!
